Sort of a spinoff of the Incest twists threads, but I make no claims of originality. And I'm bored as hell.

My personal opinion is that they generally go like this:


Mother/Son: Mother catches son jacking his amazing 13 inch cock and just HAS to have it.

Father/Daughter: Tie between father catches daughter masturbating and needs to fuck her - and - father catches daughter fucking everything within a ten mile radius and has to fuck her to stop her from being a slut (ah, the irrefutable logic of males)

I have the feeling I've probly read it ;op Don't get me wrong, I've seen the whole family orgy thing done well, even some really cliched plots, too. But it just usually seems to start off with slutty but virginal sister catches peek of brother's horse-like dong, then half a page later the whole family has descended into full-blown orgy mode.

Technically, my thread wasn't even really off topic. It was in fact about story ideas that are frequently used. Not really that out there. Where else should I have posted it? Author's Hangout where discussions usually center around the political and the inane? Story Discussion Circle where another anal-retentive deputy mod might pop up and tell me that forum is only for discussing specific stories that have been posted?

Here's an idea: since this board has a mod, why don't you let him/her take care of moderating?

Perhaps I'm naive but I'm not entirely sure of the reason for this thread if not to complain about the shortage of interesting and unique INCEST/TABOO stories. Ah, no, I didn't do it QUITE like THAT! Daughter has a strong crush on Daddy, ever since puberty. Jokes abound about them being a couple, but it's all tongue-in-cheek, or so the father thinks. Every summer she comes back to him, she is a year older and the crush matures. Until she is a certain age (18 on this board), and she makes a comment that causes him to suggest that she cool off the mock flirting. She then admits that it isn't so fake to her. That gave me more than 1,000 stories, but none of them seemed to be about Mom and Son getting it on while camping. Searching on just camp gave me 5 stories, none about mom and son. Searching on just camping gave me 32 stories, two on mom and son.

Either my search techniques suck (probably), or this story idea isn't the cliche I thought it was.

If you checked INCEST for camping stories and then saw mom and son or family anywhere in the description, chances are it's about mom and son getting it on ;op

And you know what, that has been done a lot, but if you put something special into and make it very good, people will still recognize that. You just might not get as many people willing to give your story a chance because they see the description and think 'cliche'.

A)I've seen it more than just four or five on here - the search is not always reliable.

B)I've seen it done a hell of a lot on other sites. It's cliche.

Those are some of the most used storylines but I wouldn't say that necessarily makes them bad. A bit boring, perhaps, but not bad. The worst storylines are the ones that are completely unrealistic (at least to me). You've listed some of them already. A couple of others I've seen are mom thinks son lacks confidence with women so she seduces him (it's for his own good, of course ), and son turns 18 and mom and/or dad thinks he needs to learn a thing or two about sex, so mom teaches him herself.
