boot camp hold unit, after finishing boot camp but not cleared to change commands yet, luckily we went to the same command once we did get cleared and continued our relationship

I was 14 (just graduated from grade school), hanging with his brother and 4 others. I had met his brother just an hour before. The group went to his house and we were just gabbing, reading magazines and listening to a small radio (June 1966). He came home from work and kicked us out because their parents weren't home. (He was 17 and just graduated from HS). Four months later we kissed, dated through my HS years, married 18 months after my graduation.

My best friend took me to a popular adult novelty chain store (Priscilla McCalls, for those in VA). The girl behind the counter stepped out for a cigarette break... That was the only time I ever saw her smoke. She told me that she only bummed a cigarette from a coworker for the opportunity to be alone with me & chat me up

That was one of the better relationships I ever had...

Well that is unusal so I'll give you credit for that. One time I took the train from York to Edinburgh and wound up at a pub called "End of the World". The barmaid was absoultely...well lets just say I had two extra beers than I had not intended to have and leave it at that.
