If we were going x-men I would definitely go with rogue, although chances of survival would be pretty low. Would have to be a quicky, lol. Gamora would also be a super choice.
I have always been a bit more of a DC guy myself though and it seems as though there is a way larger pool to choose from. Harley Quin, Wonder Woman, Poison Ivy, Cat Woman, Raven, Bat girl, Star Fire, Super Girl.... wow I can't think of a bad one (If death as a side effect doesn't factor in)

If we talk Marvel, then definitely Black Cat, I think. Black Widow if you are into her. OK, I gotta admit I'm not that much into comics, there's probably hundreds of female characters who are little more than sex on legs for teens and young adults to enjoy.

On DC side there's a Black Cat's almost complete mirror image in Cat Woman. There's also Poison Ivy who was always sexual/seductress, and in some incarnations Harley Quinn is almost completely non-sexual. In others, she is very sexual. That said, "Dee Dee", or Harley Quinn's granddaughters that were in a joker band in the comic set more into the future, were always quite sexual.
