"homoerotica" is not a fetish any more than "heteroerotica" is.

Having said that, there's one person who claims to be the highest rated and read of all the incest writers-- I suspect he has a bot that visits his pages again and again, and that's one reason why incest numbers are so high here!

So I want to ask you folks; who are your favorite writers?

Are there other sites that offer incest fic?

If you consider bdsm as a whole to be a fetish, I think it would be more popular than incest. But incest is certainly very popular. I don't usually keep track of who are my favorite authors of each genre, but Beating Off Bob aka Lubrican is a very prolific writer of entertaining incest stories.

I think the poll in the other thread (on how many people have actually participated in incest) illustrates the point. Incest as popular stories? Perhaps... Popular fetish? Definitely not.

(Does it count as a fetish if you merely like to read about it but never wish to participate in it? At least my answer is negative.)

I can't speak to bots but I read a story today ( I don't remember the category it was in but not incest.) and the comments. @ if the 5 commentators 2 had no stories or favorites and both had exactly the same join date.

Some one did a mathematical analysis of the stories and the categories. I had it booked marked but I can't find it now. Any way one of his findings was while recently the over all marks went down but in the more popular categories the marks went up, as I remember.

So the possibilities of bots/alts could be happening. I am not accusing just considering the possibilities.
