Feelin' bout a 7.5 this morn, not bad. And the weather is...... dark, damn it's early. But it will be another fine fall day - great for a horse'n buggie ride in the park.

Went to a uber-dive last night, a world famous dive, here in NYC, it's called Hogs and Heffer's. No matter what the promo's and buzz says the recent bomberoo of a movie Coyote Ugly - is really based on this bar - H&H.

I had some out of town TV crew in overnight, so we went down there - it's in the Meat Packing District - really seedy, really cool. Last night there were a bunch of models in there celebrating a birthday. It got pretty cool. All of them up on the bar danicing to Jerry Lee Lewis and takin' their bras off to hang them on the wall. But......

Actually got home by 10:30 (I'm such a good boy) and got into work by 6am. But a bit weary.

Anyway - have a great day where ever you may be. Maybe take the day off and bake brownies - good for the head you know.

Good morning, Sparky!

I'm only at a 7 at the moment, not a morning pwrson at all! But the weather is going to be great today (and the girls ARE going to school), so I'm predicting at least a 9 by later on.

And yes, brownies are good for the head, but lousey for the hips. ;) Take it easy!

Good Morning Sparky

Sounds like you had a great time last night, but keep them eyes open while driving, and sleep at work..lol

and a GOOOOOOOD MORNINGGGGGG to everyone.. its going to be a great day

Good Mornin Sparky

It is dark and early here too. 57 degrees in the south. I am about to leave to take my boys to school.

It is going to be in the mids 70's and pretty today. I am at a 7 right now but I feel a sore throat coming on so I think it will be going down hill today.

Good morning, Sparky. Didn't you watch the Jets game last night? Not that I'm addicted to football, it's Dennis Miller. Made me miss Howard Stern.

The Jets got like 33 points after the 3rd quarter and won in OT 40-37. Incredible finish.

So what do you think? Will the Mets come back?

No damn it!!!!

I missed the Jets - heard it was great - but long. Don't know what the networks are eventually going to do about prime time sports - something's got to give.

I hope the Mets win the next two at home - really make a big show of this thing. I think they can - tight games so far - really could have gone either way - hoping home field is the advantage.

Of course that would mean game 7 in the Bronx, right?

Was it that double post of yours, that crashed the whole board, Sparky?
'Coz no one posted for 6 hours after you.
Or have you been using jump leads across the power supply again?

That was weird.....

And believe me, with my lack of luck on this here beige beast - the thought occurred to me. But of course I haven't a clue - quick story.

I'm an idiot right? I was bored one day (just like most) and I found myself in, I guess there called "folders" and they had icons I didn't recognize and I say that they were taking up space, and assuming (too simply) that if I cleared a lot of this shit out - I'd get more speed - right? Well I guess that's when I first figured out about click and drag high-liting - I just clicked and dragged over a whole bunch of stuff and hit delete - and MAN!!! It took forever and ever and ever......

I didn't think much of it - until the next day - when at the weekly directors meeting - they informed us that "saboteurs" had destroyed a huge chunk of "shared shit" from the - I don't know what it's called - the center of the system - the brain.

Anyway - my heart nearly stopped - but when they said they didn't have enough sophistication built in to track it - I kept my mouth shut. Nobody knows to this day - even my wife and fellow Director here.

You are the first folks I've told. Shit!!!!

So, you see what I mean? I'm fucking dangerous. I know nothing.

Shhhhhhh. Don't tell anybody.

Good lord, Sparky, and here I am beating myself up over my image directions.

Ok, mister, back away from the keyboard slowly and no one gets hurt!

Next to the last time I was in NYC and went to the Vault, when it was located on the West Side, we drove around for 1/2 to find the infamous Hogs 'n Hefers becase we'd heard so much about it. Unfortunately it was too late for us to go in and witness the many bras thrown upon the horns of the dead animals fastened to the walls and ogle, dance and drink a shot or two, but I did get an excellent pic of the sign and felt as if I were a part of the whole scene.

When I come back to NYC in a few weeks to visit a long time friend, I would love to stop in. Maybe you can give me directions if it isn't located in the same place? We would love to drop in and have a few just to say we did.

btw.. did you figure out the whole pic thingy? I thought you said you were willing to let us all see a little of the Spark?

Hey Vix....

Still can't figure out the pic thing - trying but no cigar. I feel I'm almost there but - well, just don't know.

As for H&H - still in the same place - right off of far West 14th street in the heart of the meat packing district. The Vault's a couple of blocks over, more north. Most cab driver's know exactly where it is - and if you get in the neighborhood - most folks will tell you where it is. Best (and wildest) in the late evening, past 9pm.
