Looking after customers...well sorta :)

Losing documents...yep! The mananger from a new bank we're trying to move our account to was just in this morning, and I couldn't find our last two month's bank statements to show him! Just another typical day in the office :)
 
would have loved to have seen your faces when the phone call from the auditor called to say he would be turning up on a particular day! Grins! I believe it would have been one of slight panic
 
oh yeah :) I would be flapping muchly! But then that happens quite a bit to me at work anyway :)

I'm good thanks :) No snow here but it's VERY cold, so I'm sat by the heater in the office trying to avoid doing any work :)
