Moridin's New "I'm Bored" Thread

Yep, Cops are such fun.

Hey, you know what... My poor scavenger hunt thread is dying a sad and pathetic death. I thought it was a cool idea.

How come when a thread goes south...(meaning when people don't respond to it like you had hoped...) why does it make me feel like Quiz Kid Donny Smith... (guy in Magnolia)

Oh well, what are ya gonna do...:p

I understood your mom didn't do that to you... your mom is probably motherly and sane. While mine..well she's not.

Blaze is somewhat saddened that Mor seeks dominion over the world, because Blaze has already begun his own conquest. However, Blaze has not at this time yet accomplished the entirety of his vision of world order, and so welcomes the challenge from Mor. Blaze thinks that the best man shall emerge triumphant, and is confident of success. He worries, however, that the smokers of the world may be swayed to Mor's side by the advent of Mor's unbridled creativity, and so may present some measure of threat to his future reign. Despite this, he wishes Mor great success in his endeavor, and hopes that he will no longer need to resort to such pedestrian methods as lighting from stove burners.

Mor does not seek dominion over the world because he wishes the power. Mor simply sees that the world is in a sad state, and wishes to fix it. If Blaze can make the people of the world happy, Mor will gladly step aside and cease his attempt at conquest. Mor hopes to get his idea through, because he likes his eyebrows, and does not wish to lose them to the stove again. Mor thinks that the smokers would be a powerful ally indeed in the taking over of the world, although they would not be a long-lasting faction due to constant death.

Blaze is pleased that Mor's ambitions remain so benovolent, and that his goals for eyebrow preservation rely on such an auspicious product. While Blaze cannot promise that the people of the world will be happier under his rule, he does believe that some manner of guidance is needed in the world, and believes that his hand should be the one that leads the population in their quest for benevolent improvement. Blaze is also saddened by the fact that Mor's faction shall be so short-lived, despite the obvious advantages to his own faction.

This is a test.
This is just a test.
This is a test of the emergency broadcast system.
Do not be alarmed.
Do not run screaming from your desk.
Continue to sit here and typetypetype away.

But as you are doing that, please take the time to clean out your freaking PM box!!!!!!!!

(Got the hint yet?)

Jeez, Mor, you bored again?
Damn, you'd think that huge plate of fries would keep you busy...
Great, now I'm hungry, thanks a lot.
Blood hell...

Mor finds himself getting bored easily.. Especially when he has posted to all threads that seemed like something that he had something worth saying about. Mor is also quite frequently bored when everyone on AIM is either away or not talking to him. Mor wishes he had that plate of fries with him, but the picture was taken weeks ago when he hit his 1000th post. He would make fries now, but Mor's father is sleeping and gets grouchy when awakened by the sounds of french fries being prepared. Mor's father just does not understand his love of fries.. Few do.

Blaze sees that the time has come to once again free his other self, to allow for a 3rd perspective in his narrative of dialogue. Blaze has but recently arrived home from work, and so has not yet had time to become bored with the numerous new entries in the threads to which he is subscribed. Blaze is fortunate, in that he lives alone, and so has noone to become agitated at his cooking schedule, however, though he would indeed love to make fries, he has not gone shopping a great deal of time, and so has nothing but cans of Chef Boyardee in his cupboards. But Blaze understands the love of french fries. Blaze understands a great deal, when it comes to foods which are good and require little preparatory time.

Moridin rarely finds one with whom he can converse in the third person. In fact, several of Moridin's past significant others found it quite irritating, enraging for some. Moridin feels Blaze's pain, as he was forced to eat cold Chef Boyardee ravioli, or face a night without food. Moridin does not much enjoy cold canned ravioli, but must take in sustainance to continue striving towards his goals. However, Moridin feels that Blaze does not quite understand his particular love of french fries, Moridin quite often goes to the local McDonald's or Burger King and orders 5-10 super-sized french fries. Moridin gets strange looks when he is seen at a table alone with that many french fry boxes. Moridin does not care though.

Blaze bows to Mor's superior fry loving ability, and admits that he would be unable to compete with such a feat with normal french fries. He feels that he would, however, be a formidable contender within the field of Poutine. Blaze loves poutine. He is known by name at his local KFC, and has only to walk in and pay, for they know his order when they see his car approach. He often leaves with a large bag of these poutines, and also ignores the strange looks from others who do not share his love for the food of the gods.
Blaze feels bad for Mor, in that he had to eat cold ravioli, and is glad that he is able to warm his own in a microwave. Blaze is quite happy to have his microwave, and is quite proud of the fact that he has used his stove only 4 times since last august, when he moved into his current residence.
Blaze also understands Mor's difficulties with others, as he has also found that few have the patience to converse with him on a regular basis when he speaks in the 3rd person.

Moridin is sad to admit, and fears Blaze's retribution at this admission.. But as there are no KFC's within 40 miles of Moridin, he must confess that he is not familiar with this "poutine". At first Mor thought that Blaze was referring to "pootang" which is the only thing Mor loves to eat even more than french fries. Mor wishes to know what this Poutine is, so that he may try it, as he thinks Blaze most likely has excellent taste, being a french-fry lover. Mor can actually cook, rather well, but he chooses not to as he would only be cooking for his father. Mor doesn't wish to cook for his father, as his father is an even better cook than he is. Mor wonders if Blaze smokes, and if so, what his brand of choice is. Mor commonly asks this question, as he finds it is one of those strange little things that tells him something about a person.

Blaze agrees, pootang is the best thing there is to eat in the entire world, but is saddened that Mor is not able to try poutine. Blaze says that poutine is a dish made with french fries, which are then covered entirely with cheese and gravy. Blaze admits to being in love with poutine, and would happily eat it constantly, stopping only to eat the aforementioned pootang. Blaze is a horrendous cook, and refuses to attempt to, as he is afraid of his own cooking. Blaze is saddened to admit that he was the only person to fail cooking class when he was in school. Blaze has no brand of choice, as he does not smoke. Blaze is sorry for this, in that he feels this may cause Mor to be unable to tell things about him, but Blaze is proud that he has never smoked.

Mor is sorry it took him so long to respond, but he was installing something and his computer crashed several times successively. Mor is back for a while now. He likes the sound of this poutine, and as he is going to New Jersey next week, he will make sure to try it at the KFC there. Mor is sorry that Blaze cannot cook, as cooking is a great joy. Mor does not begrudge Blaze his decision not to smoke, Mor sometimes wishes he had never started himself...

Blaze feels that he should point out that many places make poutine, such as steak fest, new york fries, and burger king, and that KFC is simply his personal favorite. Blaze feels that KFC is superior because they use cheese curds, rather than grated cheese as do most other places. Blaze is unconcerned with the amount of time that Mor's reply took, as he is quite aware of the difficulties of installation and computer crashes. Blaze is simply happy that Mor has returned. Blaze does not miss the fact that he cannot cook, as he has gained many opportunites to meet new people via the various delivery people who periodically arrive at his door with food. Blaze is also glad that Mor does not begrudge him his choice not to smoke, and wishes him luck should he ever choose to quit.

Mor feels that he should point out to Blaze that he is deep in the backwoods of Vermont, where the only "restaraunts" are McDonald's and The Country Girl Diner. Mor was installing BonziBuddy, and has now uninstalled it, as it grew irritating after a few moments. Now he is wondering what else to do with himself, as he has gotten bored of talking to the AIs on AIM. Mor enjoyed delivery back when he lived in civilization and could get it, and looks forward to it once more as soon as he has escaped this wretched hive of rednecks and idiocy. Mor has attempted to quit smoking several times, other persons were hurt in the process. The police have requested that Mor continue to smoke for the good of the populace, or they will be forced to incarcerate him for as long as it takes the nicotine to get completely out of his system. Mor does not wish to be incarcerated, so he shall continue to smoke until the day he coughs up both of his lungs. He likes it that way.

Blaze feels bad for Mor, and feels sympathy for his remote status in hickville. Blaze is also happy that Mor was able to successfully uninstall the purple menace, as this has caused problems for Blaze in the past. Blaze was given a beta version of this program, called a "deluxe upgrade", and installed it successfully. However, when Blaze began to find the creature annoying, (several minutes later) and tried to uninstall it, the bonzibuddy gave Blaze the evil eye, stated that it was no longer friends with Blaze, and proceeded to corrupt Blaze's hard drive. Blaze believes this was a viral program, posing as the bonzibuddy, yet he still remains distrustful of all such programs. Blaze is happy that Mor is still smoking, in light of the alternatives, and wishes him happy smoking and a jail free life.

Mor is sorry, but he seems to have lost the strength for third person right now. He will most gladly continue with this discussion with Blaze another time though, as this thread will be coming up again, and again, and again..

Blaze has no problem with that, and welcomes Mor, whenever his boredom should become too great to deal with. Blaze also looks forward to speaking in the third person with Mor again, and wishes to thank Mor for the new screensaver. Blaze finds it most interesting at this point, despite the low resolution of the graphics. Blaze remains quite happy with it though, and has disengaged the spyware that came with the program. All is well in Blaze's world.

Ya'll really are bored...:D

Yeah, you've got that right...
This is what happens when you have a couple of people who occasionally lapse into third person dialogues in one thread together and bored out of their minds.
Lesson to be learned?
Always make sure that you have something to occupy your time and your mind if you should happen to get bored.
Otherwise, this might be you.
LOL
