A few more words about “Wendy” by K.K.. A comment and a question. During some idle thought time recently that story came to mind and I decided that Wendy was not as sympathetic as a character as I first thought.
Before I continue I want to say that someone has already mentioned that I get to worked up about or perhaps more cerebral about what is a sexual fantasy. I might but I am used to doing that with all stories. I had to do it in high school, collage and now to a lesser degree I do that on the internet while learning the writing craft. At times I dissect a story in my head even though there is no place to discuss it. Liteerotica has these boards for public discussion, one magazine, science fiction anthology, I used to get also has a web site for public discussion but many others. And I consider some of these stories, notice I said some not all, not most or even half but some, more then sexual fantasies. They are good stories, well written that happen to contend sex. If I get too cerebral or treat these stories better then they should be thats just because that is where my mind set it.
Also I get curious about certain things and mind sets. I am rather knew to the mind set or way of thinking, that is in many of these stories. So far I have not had my curiosity answered to well but maybe someone can and is willing to explain this next to me.
So Wendy did have sex with the old boyfriend for three days, one time would have have made her more sympathetic, and she kept in contact with the guy. I wondered how much she really did love her husband or how good of a wife she really was. But at the end though she sort of redeemed herself when, after having sex with the guy for the third session, she sucked him to a climax and spit it out. She had swallowed before if I recall correctly. That is where I got curious, as I thought about it during my idle time. Why spit it out this time? I should probably reread again but what I got out of it was that she was starting to feel guilty. The way KK set it up she eventually would have put a stop to it. She had gone there to tell him no more sex after all. Or she was beginning to dislike the guy. He did keep putting down her husband and kept trying to humiliate him, with sex, which she didn’t go for. Or both even. K.K. may be the only one that can explain and he may be too busy to but it would nice if someone thinks they know and would be willing to explain.
