Hey there!

I saw some stories with more than 4 options to choose from. How do you manage that? My guess is that the fifth one must have been submitted before the fourth one had been approved... But is there another way?

Thanks!

Hmm... can't say that I've seen that happen before, of course I have enough trouble getting past two options. heh.

I haven't found any other way than that. Basically if you want more options you have to get more than one person to submit a thread on the same page at the same time I have a couple stories where that has happened. You can do this yourself. When someone sends you a thread write one to add and submit it before you approve their's. then when you approve their's it adds it as an extra option.

Did that make sense? It late.

Thanks!

Thanks for responses. :)

Wish there were other ways to do this, but oh well... :/

how to do it

Hi everyone,
i found a way how to do it:
1) if the thread still has less than 4 continuations in the beginning, you simply open as many new windows with the thread as you need and press "add new thread" in each one. Then you write all the threads (or write "to be completed later" or something like that and modify it when you want to) and submit it. The "add new thread" does not show up when at the moment that the window is opened the maximum number is reached or surpassed.
2) you can even add continuations to a thread of yours which already has or passes its maximum of sequels. You just click on it in the "my threads" and note the thread id (last number in the adress line). Then you open any "add new thread" window, replace the parent id in the adress line by the id of your thread and press enter. With the window that then appears you can submit the wanted continuation.
3) you could even make it possible for anyone to submit additional continuations to any thread of yours if you post the thread id in the continuation question (I don´t know how to find out the id of a thread that isn´t yours) and tell them to look up here how to do it.
Hope that helps,
have fun
