I don't think there's much to be done about it if just a few consecutive words are copied. I don't know why anybody would do such a thing but I suppose they have a reason.

Cutting and pasting smut snippets gets you quite high up in the Google search result for people who search for smutty words. And it doesn't look like a typical "list of smutty words to fool Google" in the Google search results excerpts, but like actual content.
