More silly voting thing blah :)

Now, explain this. My latest story came up about two days ago. Within the first few hours it gathered 9 votes and a pretty good rating. Then - nothing. It stalled there.

But (and this is the weird part), I keep getting feedback mails and PMs from people saying "Cool story" or "This sucks", and telling me what they just voted. But it doesn't register. I thought that the vote score was the only thing updated in real time, but it's frozen.

The e-mail server is independent of the lit server. I've been known to get email notifications on forum threads that I have ceased tracking days before.
