More plaigiarism ?

You'd have to divide almost everything you write into halves because they have a 10k per installment limit, and if every part of the story doesn't have sex, it can only go in the "Love Stories" category. So, if it doesn't qualify for that, there's nowhere to post it.

The site is heavily stroke oriented. There are a few people who like deeper stuff, but they're few and far between. I get way more reader response to that type of stuff on SOL despite the vastly lower traffic.

That's the reason I'm signed up there under this name. It's the type of stuff I write as RR that flies there. Everything else quickly vanishes into obscurity.

EDIT: If you think the theft on public sites is bad, you should see the stuff that's stolen on membership only sites. I've had multiple contacts from a place called FetLife reporting my stories being stolen and claimed by people there who were basking in the praise of their "awesome stories"

The stories got taken down, but the member is still active, and they deleted my account I'd created to check up on it.

Thanks for the info. The length thing would be an issue for my long winded ass and my stories would not "break" right at every 10k.

Fetlife is a PIA. whatever it started out as its now adultfriendfinder for the bondage crowd.

I joined briefly and after realizing I was in poserville closed the account. But not before I had been chatting with someone and it struck me they were from the GB on lit so case in point there:rolleyes:

I wasn't aware they had stories there.

They're hidden in that unstructured nightmare posted as threads in groups. There's virtually no way to find them unless members hunt you down and tell you exactly where there are.

Fortunately, there appear to be some members with scruples.

IT makes me wonder what is floating around on yahoo. They have bondage group and BDSM chat groups and when I get notifications of posts I'll see "so and so added another chapter to..."

So there are stories there as well.

I've been ripped off by Yahoo Groups, ( that one was direct linking to images on my site, which let me track it down ) FetLife, more forums than I can count, xhamster... The whole nine yards.

I have been ripped off on some questionable sites that cater to Indian / desi crowd. There's a rarity of stories for Indians (most are WACC, even some of mine), so my BDSM stories involving Indians are rare, and copied often, and thus easy to check up on. At this point I don't bother tracking it down unless I see a blogger post it as their own story.

yes, the nothing between us copy is illegal

Hi Handley,

How funny that I haven't checked these boards in a year or two, and when I do Handley happens to have mentioned my story just a few days ago. Yes, someone has copied my story to 9erotica without my permission. I have just emailed the site. Hopefully, they will take some action.

Thank you for the kind words about the story!

M-Y
