more pic help

sorry for the double post... I meant to make this another thread in the first place

there were some very helpful answers to my question about microsoft paint... thanks to all who responded. this question is about attaching pics.

I know how the process is suposed to work. you click "manage attachments" and then a window pops up that allows you to browse for the image on your computer. the problem is that when I click "browse", nothing else happens... no window comes up the lets me see all the images I have available so I can select one. it's not just Lit... I get the same problem trying to attach a pic to an e-mail.

I was having the same trouble about 2 weeks ago, and then one day everything seemed to work all right.... it wasn't because of anything I did. I use mozilla firefox as a browser, if that helps. I hope someone can give me some info or point me in the right direction. thanks.

I tried turning my computer off and then back on like someone suggested. so far no luck. no time to deal with it right now, but maybe later.

I thought about that.... firefox usually tells you when it has blocked a pop-up, but maybe that's just when you're surfing the web. in any case I changed my settings and still had the same problem.

got up this morning, tho, rebooted the computer and was able to post the pics. I don't understand it, but at least I accomplsihed what I wanted to. thanks for the suggestion.
