(a) Initially Riehl tried to slur Martin by publishing a photograph of someone totally different and asked if it was Trayvon Martin - ingenuously, like - finally saying however:

I came across this Facebook account in the name of Trayvon Martin. I do not know if it is the same Martin who was recently killed in Florida. The banner photo matches, which proves nothing fwiw.

This is one of the few images still posted at that account.

(b) Then Riehl began making the allegation that the photo had been Photoshopped. Well, it may or may not have been. But certainly the GettyImages image he refers us to in the Miami Herald as 'what appears to be the original' is actually captioned to imply it is not the original but is simply taken from a banner:

'A photo of Trayvon Martin wearing a hoodie was used on banners and signs carried by protesters in New York City on March 21, 2012.'
