I submitted "Unleashing" a few months ago and heard this morning that it will be in the Autumn Issue of Quills.

I said what I said where I said it Ange 'cause it's true and I know it must be hard sometimes to feel that your efforts to reach back and help people through the poetic trenches are sometimes not appreciated or ignored. It made all the difference for me and I am sure many others.

I am thankful for that first review and for every single comment, both postive and negative, I have received from the talented people who hang out here every day.


Okay, I better stop now before I give into the urge to thank my parents, God...the mailman....the air I breathe...

Congrats, Catbabe! Quills is highly respected, and none too easy to get accepted by. (I know... it's one of those nuts I haven't cracked... yet).

I don't think there's anything sweeter than opening a book, magazine or digest and seeing your piece in print, with your name gloriously sitting there for all to see. Posting on the web is fine (including "Lit")... but knowing that someone actually spent money publishing your stuff is the cat's ass!
