How long are RWs gonna stay hung up on the whole transgenderism thing anyway? What of importance to them really depends on the issue? I doubt it is really something so trivial as publc restrooms or women's sports.

We learned to accept gay rights, to the point where reviving the old laws against sodomy -- or even withrawing legal recognition of same-sex marriage -- would be as politically impossible as taking the vote away from women. So why draw a line at transgenderism, as a thing on which you won't compromise, on which you will literally dismiss opposing viewpoints as insane? Why pick this hill to die on?
