Hello all from Moonlight Elf.

Talked to her earlier this evening and she's doing okay. She asked me to let everyone know and that she misses her Lit family.

Her court case is this week and she does have an advocate going with her...Yay!
She's been busy with finals and work but will hopefully be back soon to visit here.

Auntie Mat, she said she will call you this week.
Sophie, she sent out her Secret Santa gift.

And to everyone else hugs for making her feel good when things were bad. I'm sure she'll put it better than I.

Update

Talked to Moonlight Elf this evening.
She is well. She is extremely nervous about her court date on the 22nd. Witnesses have been lined up and her advocate has her case prepared.
She has been busy between work and school.
She says Hi to everyone. She has been working longer hours and mostly late afternoon and late in the evening. She is safe and staying busy. She hopes to have an internet connection again in a few days.
She appreciates everyones support.
She has not received her Secret Santa Gift as yet but has sent hers out.
She will let us know what happens at court.
She hopes to be able to return to her usual reisdence by the end of December.

I believe she works almost full time plus is a full time student. She just finished finals. I also think she is trying to stay busy to deal with the unpleasantness of her current situation. I will pass on your wishes.

I thank you Hugo.
I can understand here wanting to keep busy to keep her mind off things. I just worry that she will do so to the point that she threatens her health. Please remind he that she does need her rest, as distasteful as that may be for her right now.

A candle is lit for her, and will remain lit for her.

Just had a call from Moonie.

She has her court hearing tomorrow, at 11am, Central Standard Time. She's very nervous, but I told her we'll all be there with her. She's fully appreciated all our support, and says we are a wonderful group of people.

Her current roomie is escorting her there to meet her Advocate, hopefully early enough that she doesn't have to come face to face with the moron, before seeing each other inside the court.

She is going to try and call a couple more people this evening, and after the hearing tomorrow will either call someone or try and get on line to post the verdict.

I'm sure we all send our love, and best wishes, all wrapped up in AH hugs and kisses.

Just got off the phone with her and she wants me to tell you she loves you all very much, and you're going to make her cry and she wouldn't be able to do this without all the support from the wonderful people here on the AH.
