Orchestra to play while dead cow falls
Sir Simon Rattle's new orchestra is taking part in a performance art event in which a dead cow will be dropped from a helicopter.
The Berliner Philharmonic will play a waltz as the helicopter approaches its target and drops the dead animal.
The British conductor will not be involved - but he recently confirmed he will lead the orchestra from next year.
A road is being closed so drivers do not crash when they see a helicopter dangling a cow and then dropping it over Berlin's Backfabrik cultural centre.
Well at leat the hamburgers will be fresh.
So what should the orchestra play ? Rollover Beefhoven? Any udder choices ?
