I don't know why but the idea of a monopoly rp game just makes me excited and giddy. So I figured... we should totally have a thread on it! Go me

~ The Set Up ~
Available Pieces: dog ~ car ~ cowboy ~ iron shoe ~ wheelbarrow ~ top hat
thimble ~ cannon ~ battleship
Each Player starts out with $1500 dollars, and on the space labeled 'Go'
Kim takes a seat at the table, placing her tiny game piece, a little top hat thingy, on the space marked 'Go'
"Alright, let's play!" she says with a smile, picking up the two dice on the board before shaking them around in her hand. With a flick of the wrist she lets them fly out, clanking around a few times before they settle down. She looks over and sees one dice showing two red dots and the other six.
"Eight!" she says, the smile from before still lingering on her face. She moves her piece down the board six spaces to Vermont Avenue.
"How much does that cost? $100? Ok, I'll buy it." she says, handing $100's off to the bank. In return she receives the Title Deed.

Rules:
1) If you role doubles twice you go to jail (I knocked it down from three to two just to keep things interesting.
2) You can still collect rent while in jail
3) You can try rolling doubles to get out jail. You must pay the fine on your next turn if you fail to roll doubles.
4) If you don't want to or don't have the funds to purchase a Deed, the Deed will be auctioned off and given to the highest bidder.
5) I shall play the card dealer / banker so if you land on Community Chest or Chance? then please wait for me to state what your card dictates. I'll try to keep it random (and actually I might just bust out my monopoly set and use them
6) Role priority is based on a first come/first serve basis. So if you're the third person to sign up you roll third. If you sign up fourth then you roll fourth, etc.
7) After the beginning of each post please include the following information: What piece you are, what space you are on, how much money you have and what Deeds you own
8) Here's a site that has all the monopoly Deeds. Please view it to see Rent values, House costs, etc.: http://monopoly.cdbpdx.com/1937_Deeds_BlankBack.htm
9) Have fun!
