Yes, the meat was textured like chicken but had a taste similar to deer meat. It tasted good

No, I didn't know i was sitting down to monkey steak. Until after I ate it. at which point I barfed, it wasn't because of the taste jus the shock of knowing what I had eaten.

Platypuses are poisonous. No really, I saw it on the Discovery channel. This Australian guy thought it would be fun to pet the platypus, and it whacked his hand with its tail. Even morphine couldn't control the pain, and he had to have to nerves in his hand deadened.
