Does anyone know how to build a Monkey rocker? There has to be someone out there that can come up with the plans to this machine.

You could buy a gliding rocker and cut the back off and the center portion out of the seat to get the basic functionality. Mount a dildo on a center arm that works with the glider base and you've pretty much got it.
