I watched part of that game...
Because, though I inevitably root Against the Packers, I still love watching Favre do his magic...One of the Greatest Hall of Famers of All Time, watch him play whilst ya' can...But then Dennis Miller started talking, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!! I remembered why Monday Night Football sucks...He's not even a funny comedian, why make Him an announcer? If they were gonna pick a comedian, why not Dennis Leary or Bill Murray...I'm sure they know at least a Little about the sport

no commedians at all would be better. Dennis Miller is abhorrent, last season we put MNF on mute and tried to see if we could get it on radio, I tghink CBS radio does their games..
They should replace Miller with Mike Golic from ESPN radio. He is extraordinarily funny, has a great voice and used to play for the Eagles. Phil Simms on CBS is one of the best out there for presence, experience, balls to say whats really on his mind, and talent.

I like Al...And I like Fouts, too...I wuz thinkin' about this while I wuz watchin' the game with the sound turned down and Physical Graffiti on the headphones...I think Fouts and Boomer would be a great match...I used to love the way Boomer would haul off and tell Dierdorf he didn't know wut the fuck he wuz talkin' about...

Esiason became an asshole at some point, but he is a knowledgeable and entertaining asshole. I don't remember anyone he's worked with liking him, though. Phil Simms is just as outspoken but does it with more humor and class.
