I may have suggested this before. I can't recall.
But my idea was that a single mom is disappointed that she can't really afford to get her son anything for his 18th birthday, until she comes up with an idea:
On the big day, she tells him her gift is her. From now on, she'll do anything he says as long as it doesn't involve hurting anyone or anything like that.
The son is confused and tentative at first. He tests it by choosing what to haver her make for dinner or watch on TV. Simple things like that.
One day, he sees her going through some old clothes and notices a short dress he's never seen her in. He offhandedly suggests she try it on, and she does. When they go to run some errands, he can't help but notice her legs in the short dress in the car.
He tests it further the next day by asking her to change out of her jeans into a pair of shorts, which she does.
Eventually he starts getting bolder, asking to touch her and having goodnight kisses get longer.
I think you know where I'm going with this.
