Is it an accident or on purpose that Mom grabs one of Dad's "Familiar Tales with the Sex Added In" books?
I know Mom/son is popular, but a Mom/daughter might be a fun twist

Or.... twins?...one of each gender?...still sharing the same bedroom at 18?

Well, I had an idea involving a promise to read a bedtime story, but it involves a minor facilitator.

The child (a little girl) challenges the 18 years old girl to an innocent competition. Somehow it ends up with the 18+ years old guy for a judge, and "reading a bedtime story" by him as the prize. By complete surprise to anyone, the older girl barely wins...

The child are about to move out, and the mom feels empty nested. The siblings decide that to cheer her up, they gonna be her little babies for one day. When the evening comes, there is time for a bedstory. As a kids, the sibling liked to play out the story the mom read them. Here, enter the book "Familiar Tales with the Sex Added In". The mom reads, and the siblings engage in all kind of sexual activities because the story demands so. And the last one of them involves three people.

Well, of course. Lightly suggestive language full of double entendre is most that there might be temptation to include. Any real sex unfold in the privacy of the girl's room later on.

The grandmother, it happens at her place and she's the guardian dragon and the responsible adult of the scene, although... well, it's possible she inadvertently exacerbate the situation early on (by at least explicitly refusing to judge said competition, leaving the guy as the only alternative option, since it's temporary a four person universe), and then make the result enforceable.

Well, without her tacit consent the guy wouldn't be granted access to the girl's room, not openly at any rate, more than likely at all, by the girl herself either. And, while grandma may play naive, it's clear or at least assumed, by at least the guy, but likely by the girl alike, that grandma knows darn well what "bedtime story" stands for in this context and is apparently okay with it.

That may add courage to one or both youngers to go through with what is likely a first time experience for at least one of them. And/or it could be first in a sense they're alone together for the first time. It's very unlikely incestuous, if maybe on something like a second cousin double removed level (that's about 0.6% genetic commonality, I think), although both are at the grandmother's place on holidays and are likely somewhat related to her, but there could be in-law steps or the girl could be the assigned babysitter for the kid, or some such. Maybe best friend of his first cousin, left behind in the countryside by said cousin while she's urgently wanted back in city (perhaps to catch her own boyfriend in secret from her direct parents, but with grandmother covering for her).

Unrelated scenario also allows grandmother to misinterpret the level of relationship between the youngsters. While they are in actuality only flirting near-strangers, she may decide they're an actual couple, only shy to reveal and display their affection. Thus, she's comfortable in allowing the sex to happen, unknowingly serving as matchmaker if not a pander, pimp, to one or both of said youngsters. Or maybe that's what she is.

What's completely innocent, if maybe little silly play for a five to seven years old, may be totally embarrassing if not outright risque to an eighteen years old in front of a male peer. (Imagine jumping jacks, or headstand, or cartwheels, while the little is in sweatpants and tight shirt, but the legal teen in little sundress).

But how to handle that in a way it doesn't go too far for this site, I'm not entirely sure. But some of that is almost inevitable no matter what they do. I mean, reading "my first book" level poetry aloud could easily be bad enough.

Well, and of course the child doesn't. She has no idea what's going on. (Although little girls are at times extremely good matchmakers for teens in an innocent doll play way.) Yes, she creates a situation that is undoubtedly sexual in the mind space of the older (LitE-legal) teens between them two, but she is never perceived as sexual herself by anybody. She is asexual, unknowing instigator that could, likely does, remain perfectly nondescript. And the actual physical reality of the situation is still such that it seemingly goes right past grandmother's chaperone filter too (even if that may in theory be flawed, but it's never explicitly shown as such).

The contrasts and contradictions between the perceptions of the exact same situation and actions modified by context not all actors are equally aware of, is what interests me there actually. The guy has very specific relationship with and attitudes towards those three females, the little (niece, asexual, lovely nuisance), the old (grandmother, asexual, power figure), and the sexy (stranger, eligible for mating, target of interest). And even if they all ended up nude together, only the last one would be naked.

But yeah, it isn't a piece for here, unfortunately. Just the code word of "bedtime story" triggered me, into this discussion I have had.

I'm even surprised at all with you bringing it up, as it inescapably is a proxy play with what we are supposed to avoid, regardless of how it's framed.
