Mom-Son Impregnation, Husband/Father initiated it

Hi,

the story is about a son impregnating his mother, his father not only knows about it, he initiated it by convincing his son. The son doesn't live at home anymore. At first the sex is just about impregnation, the mother insist on it happening under a blanket and for the son to leave the bed after he came but yada yada yada, it slowly turns romantic with mother and son falling in love while the father falls off the balcony towards the end dying.
