Super short version: woman is lonely, so her neighbor tells son to date her.
Longer:
Woman has lived on her own for some time but now that she’s in her mid 40s she’s getting kind of lonely. Only person she can vent to is her neighbor, a kind if boring woman who has a son whose back from college and she’s been “volunteering” him to help around the neighborhood.
Mom listens to her but isn’t into the dating scene so she just says she’ll think of something. MC at least feels a little better having vented but expects nothing to come of it.
Next day after work, she hears a knock on her door and her neighbor’s son is on the porch carrying some groceries. MC is of course flummoxed but when the son accidentally gets his shirt stained and strips it off, she can’t help but be a bit tempted by the idea
I just thought it would be funny for a guy to get volunteered to date and plow his mom’s friend like she was asking him to take leaves, as well as scene where mom explains she’s cool with them having sex.
For example: “Amy. I appreciate what Ben is doing and he’s quite charming but I need a man for more…intimate acts.”
“Oh, well I kind of figured. I mean, as far as I know his cock works. Not exactly going to check but he made sure to pack condoms so he at least thinks he’s up to the task.”
