i have the idea of a mom lost her son to her old high school or college bully. the story the bully has to be a female. The mother has to be in love with her son and want to have his baby but in the end the bully has his baby instead and marrieds him. Now you can make as brute as you want. You can also have the mother have sex with her son before the bully but the bully has to take the son away from the mother. In the end the mother most feel sad and hopeless for losing her son

Why incest?

If you take the incest element out of this I think it's actually a pretty good idea.

Mother finds out her son is dating, she's happy for him, asks to meet this women. Son is pretty shy about it and avoids it but eventually his mother forces him to invite this "girl" over.

Awkward dinner ensues and mother then actually seeks to encourage son to break up with her. The bully decides to turn the screw and becomes a regular fixture at their house, she doesn't care that the mother catches them, she openly flaunts their sexual relationship in front of her.
