Mom and Son's Wicked Game

Good luck with that. The problem here is that there are no games like that where you would be playing with family. You have to set that scenario up and then build around it not the other way around. I would suggest starting with either a costume party or some kind of accident. Either one of both of them don't know what's going on and that's how things end up getting past the point of no return.
The only game I can see that MIGHT lead to this would be something like say Twister or maybe some Wii/Kinnect/Move game where at least a few of the layers of clothing were taken off because of a combination of need and "it's nothing they haven't seen before." Like it starts with the guys ditching their jackets because they are restrictive and the ladies their heels because you can't do yoga in heels unless you're fucking Catwoman. Then the ties go because they are uncomfortable, then the ladies lose the skirts because they are in the way and the poses are showing off what's underneath anyway, the guys are quickly behind with the pants and figure boxers cover almost as much as shorts anyhow and it just keeps progressing like that until someone trips, falls and lands on a dick. Obviously you can drag that part of the story out as long as you feel comfortable with.

Almost all of these have been done before, the trick is doing it well. To me one of the best games isn't a game it is accidental exposure. Then she gets turned on by it and slowly builds up to the conclusion. The intention is to tease and he decides to play the game too. Then they get caught up in it and the inevitable happens.

Maybe mom and son are home playing cards. Dad jilted mom and left with the secretary a few months ago and son's girlfriend of the last couple of years was found to be cheating on him

As far as the costume party idea, maybe it doubled as a blind fuck party and he didnt know she was going to that party with some friends of hers. Him and his friend snuck to the party after promising to stay at his house watching horror flicks and handing out candy. Next thing you know a few drinks and a decent conversation later, they are fucking and even his friend might get in it.

So this might be close to the original idea
Step mom comes into the scene kinda later in the kids life- the character has to be 18 in the story obviously so this works time wise
She keeps giving him traditional parenting advice- do well in school, get a part time job, be respectful ect ect
The step son keeps ignoring her but also doing things successfully his way. She won’t help him buy a car because he won’t get a job- so he makes money streaming video games or whatever
He doesn’t study but he finds way to get good grades by using AI or whatever his old teachers don’t know how to check for / whatever
Step mom is getting more and more pissed- but the one thing the step son can’t get is a girlfriend. So step mom starts teasing him about that. She knows she is being kind of childish but she knows he doesn’t have a come back about that kind of thing.
Things somehow escalate from there
