I saw this posted on Reddit a while ago. No one provided a source. I'm not even sure it's a Lit story, but here's hoping.
Plot:
"Mother needs someone to model for her paintings, but she can't find someone willing to do it, so she asks her son. She needs him to pose nude, however, it is not sexual at this point.
While doing this, at some point (she either finds out right away or after a bit), his sister finds out about the modelling, and joins in. A pose requires them to lie besides each other (spooning?). The brother becomes uncomfortable as he gets a boner; it is pinned behind his sister. The mother doesn't notice as he slips it between his sister's legs for comfort, nor as they both begin to rock (basically getting off). The situation escalates to the brother putting his erection in his sister (surprise, surprise). I don't remember what happens next. It might just end, but vaguely remember him fucking both of them."
