Love a fit woman.Me too! I used to be in the gym 6 days a week and I don't mean for te easy girlie stuff. I wanted my trainers to beat me up.I use a few machines but mostly free weights. I started in middle school learning gymnastics. That when on to high school and then dancing and modeling. When my husband was so sick I cut back to 3 days a week, but worked out at home as well as fast walking 3 to 5 miles every morning and hiking the mountains near me when his nurse was here for him.
I also supplemented with some supplements, creatine, Vit.D, magnesium to name a few. I'm addicted to exercise and love the feeling of being fit and in good shape...... LOL! I still love guys looking at me.![]()
