My question :-
1) How many have actually done 3somes in the above format in real life ?
2) How did it feel (both husband / wife point of view) ?
3) Any guilt feelings thereafter ?
4) Is it more the husbands that wants MMF or the wife ?

Yes, my wife and I tried it a couple of times. Basically, it was probably a fantasy for both of us and never would have happened if we weren't both open to it.

Answers to questions:1) Yes, a couple of times. I did write a story here that was based on it, as well as a couple of stories that are fictional.
2) As far as feelings, for me wasn't particularly different (getting off is pretty much getting off). For my wife, double penetration was neat once, now it is more of a been there, done that and she says she actually likes that better with just me and a toy. She is able to relax more and she says she feels more like a performer during a three-way rather than just enjoying herself.
3) No guilt feelings since we talked about this for a long time beforehand and nothing happened that we didn't anticipate. I think a big part of this was that we were well beyond having kids at this point. I would think that this would be suicidal for a relationship if a couple was thinking about having kids or had children shortly thereafter.
4) Pretty much mutual, and we have pretty much put this away and haven't done this in a long time.

My editorializing on this is that it takes a really strong commitment to allow your partner to enjoy this level of pleasure and you have to be a person who sincerely is interested in your partner's pleasure as well as your own. I think I enjoyed watching my wife have fun more than the actual three way. Basically, you have to be able to draw a line between making love and just sex for sex' sake. You did not ask but I will add that I am straight so there was no MM involvement nor is my wife interested in seeing me do that (thank God!).
