I will be headed out that way in 10 days to visit two amazing people, and I'm wondering if you that have either been there, or live near there, can suggest some fun things to do. They have already offered a few ideas and I don't need a full schedule. I'm looking forward to lots of PJ time, popcorn and gossip of course. Girly movies etc. But one of those two might not like as many chick flicks. ;)

You should really try Ted Drewes if you like frozen custard as it is a staple in St. Louis. The Hill is great too if you love Italian food :)

Agree with Shy about the Zoo and the Science Center...also think you can take tours of Anhesier Busch if that's your thing.

I was born there so lot of family still lives there eventhough I am in TN now

I'm hoping to possibly head North-ish for a couple days to Iowa to visit family while I'm there. The plan was to rent a car, but there is a chance my Uncle might come get me on his Bike. I've had a couple good suggestions in PMs too, which has been nice.
I was warned about the ice cream being amazing too.

I was able to make my friend laugh with ideas of big Lit Orgies. :p:nana:

This is the place I was warned about!!

I have looked it up and I know it's a Michigan thing. But do any of you know if there is Superman Ice cream back there?
We used to have it here in Washington, but they took it away. Now the only place they list out my way is in Oregon. Or you order it and it's about $60. for 3 gallons.

In St Louis City Museum is a need to do if you are into the fun and interesting. And their zoo is great!

There are some interesting things to do in "the loop" in University City.
Downtown there is an interesting space called City Garden.
South Grand Ave has very diverse places to eat
Forest Park is nice this time of year as well

Everyone has given great suggestions so far. Would your crew be open to trying out the Escape Room? STL has at least one, maybe two. You'll likely have to merge with another group, but it's something fun and different.

I'm not sure what that is. But my "crew" is only me and two others lol

Oh my friend did one of those. He actually had fun. ;)

Thank you for the suggestions, here and PM. Sounds like I'll go home about 20 pounds fatter ;)

AND AJ!!! 💋💋💋

Without a doubt, visit The Hill area for some great Italian eateries. May I recommend Zia's for casual dinning and Charlie Ghitto's for more upscale and dress up if you want that. For some evening activities, and depending if it is weekend, visit Laclede's Landing or Soulard area. Enjoy.

Ugh. Italian is such a weakness for me. Goes straight to my ass!!

I am leaving in less than a week now. I'm starting to get Excited. Got my rental car figured out and will be in Iowa for 3ish-4ish days. Yeah Corn Fields!! ;)

Hi there. I happen to live in St. Louis. Send me a PM and I'd be more than happy to offer suggestions and advice regarding our little town. Also happy to answer any questions you might have!

I can also provide you with a idea or two that might be off the beaten path if you're looking for anything like that.

The only driving I'll be doing is up to Iowa. I'm flying to Missouri. I wish I was driving the whole way. I love road trips too.
