Missing mature story

Farmer sees a car broken down on the side of the road. He basically rescued a teenaged girl who is traveling from the Carolinas to Oregon. He mom died after being sick. Now she has no place to live so her plan is to go to Oregon to live with an aunt. The girl’s dream is to be a dancer. Turns out the car is dead. Tha older farmer offers to get her a bus ticket. She calls aunt about the car and her delay. Aunt uninvites niece because she’s jealous that her boyfriend might make a play for the teenager.

Farmer offers to let her stay as long as she needs. They eat frequently at local dinner run by a former girlfriend of the farmer. She sees what is going on with with the farmer and the teenager. They’re falling in love in spite of the huge age difference.

It takes a while but they finally sleep together.

The bad thing is I can remember a lot of details about the story, but I can’t find it. I’ve tried searching using several tags, but no luck so far.

For example, the owner of the diner is a former lover of the farmer. She’s also now in a relationship with her waitress, who is also submissive. The diner owner coaches the young woman about how to seduce the farmer.

Like I said, I can remember a lot of details, but still need help finding the story again.
