MC is an author who writes gruesome endings for the bad guys in his stories. His wife goes out regularly with a friend, but it’s an excuse to cheat. MC finds out when he runs into the friend, and she hasn’t gone out with the MC’s wife for weeks. MC follows her to confirm. He catches them in the act, and for he’s them to a junkyard. With assistance from rough acquaintances, wife and lover and locked into the trunk of a car that’s fed through a crusher. MC is heartbroken. He loved that old car.
