I’m afraid I can’t remember too much of this one. I can only remember the ending of the story has the main character is at the hospital and he is recovering after fainting. He’s telling his wife (second wife - first wife cheated) that the hospital is making a mistake. They’re trying to give him two babies. She laughs and tells him they have twins.
