MC lives on a farm basically off the grid, but he’s pretty self sufficient. His estranged almost 18 year old daughter has to live with him until she turns 18 in four months. Ex-wife has died but as the story progresses the daughter finds out her mom basically lied about her father. He wasn’t really abusive. Her trust fund was set up by him so her mom couldn’t steal her child support money for herself. Anyway, by the end of the story father and daughter have fallen in love with each other.
My problem is that I didn’t get to read the whole story, and I was in private browsing mode on my iPad so I have no history to track it down. Anybody recognize this? Author and title please.
