Larissa was considered the loveliest girl in her class. She was almost twenty with honey colored hair and soft amber eyes. Even her shapely body was a turn on by most boys and men. She had the figure of a belly dancer, humorously she was the daughter of Lady Fatima Grace who was considered one of the top Belly Dancers of Asia.

Now her Father has decded to send her to England and meet his parents who have planned to give her a proper coming out. Since she is alien to the mode of travel arranged for her, he sent an escort but things have a bad habit of going wrong and soon news arrives to both Lord and Lady Grace that their only grandchild is missing. They contact their son Edmund who fears the worst for his daughter.

Lord Grace decided to pull strings with the Royal Court and offered a large reward in the retrevial and return of his granddaughter.

The words reaches all parts of the countryside and The Lord and Lady are seeing those eager to benefit from the sizeable amount offered. However the money is safe until she is returned to their custody, which makes it even harder as the four tries to fool them before had lead to serious recupations, the loss of their heads by decree of the Queen.

Now months has passed and the Grace's fear the worst as word of their son being killed by a rogue tiger reaches their ears and by custom his wife returned to her people wanting nothing to do with her missing daughter.

Once more the elderly couple turn to the court begging for help in finding and returning their granddaughter. They wait in London for hope to arise in the hopeless times.

Captain Raymond Lancaster. was out hunting riding his white horse Show. his Hawk king on his arms waiting for the game
to take flight. He noticed a coach moving rather in a hurry, the driver on the coach using his whip to urge the horses to go faster.
two more horsemen were riding right behind the coach .

He didn't really paid to much mind to them. His mind was on the games. At the sound of wings he looked the other way.
He waited for just a moment than takes the hood off of the Hawk."Go King." He ordered. The Hawk took off like a shot.

As he waited for the Hawk to return. He glanced in the direction the coach was heading. "Now that's odd." he thought. the coach had stopped by an old abandoned Inn. The horses were behind the coach but the driver and the two riders were not insight. "Perhaps they are taking a break." He thought.

His Hawk was just then flying back and landed right next to the his horse. Raymond dismounted and collected a pheasant. He ties the bird in front of the saddle and remount Snow. he puts his glove back on and calls "Come King"

The hawk take it's flight as the horse takes off on a slow trot. Raymond extend his arm and the Hawk lands on his gloved arm. and headed towards his place.

Larissa slept due to the drugged cloth the driver placed over her nose and mouth. He was planning to send a letter of ransom to her English relatives in hopes to become wealthy enough not to return to the hovel in Bagdad that he emerged from.

His co-horts however wanted to sample the beautiful girl which would devalue her when they took her to the slave markets back in Bagdad. Alalin tried vainly to explain why they should not ruin her but the longer she was with them the more her shape tempted them.

Soon an arguement in Turkish broke out as the three men took sides on the matter of the daughter of the English soldier. None of them seemed to notice the intursion of the mice that wandered in and out of the abandoned inn.

It was when Larissa opened her eyes that she felt sick to her stomache. She hadn't eaten in days and her throat ached from the lack of moisture. Her eyes blazed fuzzy images to her brain and her body felt beaten and weary.

It wasn't till a month Later on his way for another hunt that he heard the rumors of Lord Grace's granddaughter was missing. He saw a maid walked by him." Can you tell me when Lord Grace's granddaughter went missing." He asked the maid. I'm not to sure but I think it's about a month now." She answered back. "Thank you." he said and pressed his heels to Snow's flanks.

"Go Snow. He yelled at his horse. He had this funny feeling as he remember the coach stopping in that old Inn. after ten minutes riding as fast as Snow could gallop he was insight of the Inn. It was early morning when not many travelers were about. He saw a lone figure outside the in leaning his back against the Inn, one horse was tied to a post.

"I wonder if they are the same men, and if the other two are inside the Inn " He said to himself. The man was not English. He wore a turban around his head and had a black beard, and the horse looked more like an Arabian horse. He recognized the man as the driver of the coach. He guided his horse Snow to the back and stopped behind some thick bushes. He walked quietly to the Inn and looked inside through the broken window.

Inside he saw a woman first. She had her arms around a post and her hands were bound with a rope at her wrists. He couldn't see the other man as he could only see part of the inside. He knew he had to do something. He didn't worry about the man outside. He was worry because the other man could be inside, and may harm or even kill Larissa. He takes the hood off of the Hawk. King you go watch the man, if he moves claw his eyes out. The hawk seam to understand his master and flew over the Inn and landed a few feet in front of the man. The man was startled by the big bird and sat there watching him.

Raymond pulled his pistol with his left hand and his sword with his right. He walked to the side of the Inn and looked through the cracks. He saw one of the man and looked as if he was sleeping sitting down. The only way in was through the front or through the window. Knowing were the man was, and trying not to make any noise, he hoisted himself up and tried to jump inside, but as he did the wood gave away and landed on his ass.

The man startled jumped and saw him. Raymond saw him charge at him with his sword up in the air trying to decapitate him. Raymond rolled away just in time with his sword pointing at the man. before the man could sop, the momentum carried the man to far forward and Raymond's sword went right though the man's chest. Before he could pull his sword out of the man's chest. He heard his Hawk's loud squawk and the man screams. He took a glance at Larissa than went to see if King was ok.

King was a few feet away and the man's bloody hands were in front of his eyes. He had no time to loose. He ran back into the Inn and to Larissa. She looked very scare and was crying. "Don't be scare. I'm not here to harm you. I'm Captain Raymond Lancaster in the Queen's army. You're safe now. Are you Larissa? He asked. she just nodded at him. He cuts the ropes with his sword and helps her up. We have to get out of here come. He told her.

He looked at the man ouside still in the same spot. He goes and take's the man's horse and helps Larissa up on the horse. He walks around the back of the Inn pulling the horse by it's rains. "Can you ride." He asked her over his shoulder. "Yes I can. she replied. "Good" He said. He mounts his horse. "Lets get out of here." as the both gallop's away he slips the glove on and calls loudly. "King."

The hawk didn't land on his arm as Raymond didn't have his arm out. He just flew in the direction of home just ahead of the two riders.

Larissa was bound to the post and her body was aching from the upright position she mantained for three days now for her atttempt to escape,

A voice was agruing in the next room as he observed the hours of prayer and facing Mecca. Her guard finally dropped into much needed slumber as it was obvious that she was going no where this time and only a few more days before another soldier would come and take her to the slave markets in Turkey.

The loud crashing of wood aroused the guard and he quickly drew his sword to advance on the intruder. Larissa screamed as the pair took to slashing at one another with deadly blows.

Another scream came from the doorway as loud shreeches emitted into the derilic building causes Larissa to be more alarmed and she begins to sob as she fears for the worse to happen. It was common for theives to have rival groups steal from them, thus putting Larissa in greater danger. She suspected that this lone man was another slaver and feared for her life as well as purity.

"Don't be scare. I'm not here to harm you. I'm Captain Raymond Lancaster in the Queen's army. You're safe now. Are you Marissa?" He asked.

"Larissa Grace.. yes ." She nodded

" We have to get out of here, come." He told her.

As they rushed out of the building she stumbles and falls. At least he is patient enough to aide her in the saddle.

"Can you ride." He asked her over his shoulder.

"Yes." Was her reply as she pulled the reins in and turned the steed about on the rear hooves.

"Good" He said. "Lets get out of here."

Larissa looks back at the Inn as she hears her savoir raise his voice "King."

She spotted the large bird of prey and shuddered as that was similair to the way those spies killed her consort and real driver. Had Abin not recognized her that bird would have torn out her eyes as well.

Larissa slumped forward on the horse's back and slipped into the darkness as her hunger drove her into sleep while the steed followed the stallion running with them.

Raymond saw Larissa dosing and thought he better find a place and quick, so she can rest get cleaned up and have some food.
Before she falls off of her horse.

Larissa. I think we better stop at the first place we find, before you fall of your horse. I think you need to have some to drink
and some food. and a good rest. there is an Inn close by here, we'll stop there. One more thing. No one must know who you
are or where you are. we don't know how many people are involved with your kidnapping. we'll travel as husband and wife so not
to cause speculation on who we are.

"Ah!" he exclaimed. There is the Inn remember who we are. She nodded her head. They stopped in front of the Inn and he helped her down. Please look after the hoses. He told the stable boy as he when over to take the two horses.

Innkeeper he called as they both entered the In. I'm Captain Raymond Lancaster of the Queens army. and this is my wife Helena
Lancaster. we need a large room, some food some water and a tub for the Lady to bathe. "Yes." Captain responded the Innkeeper.

Please come with me Captain and I'll show you to your room. Raymond and Larissa fallowed the innkeeper to the room. Larissa
looked even more tire now. They entered the room and the innkeeper left.

"Larissa. I think we better stop at the first place we find, before you fall of your horse. I think you need to have some to drink and some food. and a good rest. there is an Inn close by here, we'll stop there. One more thing. No one must know who you are or where you are. We don't know how many people are involved with your kidnapping. we'll travel as husband and wife so not to cause speculation on who we are. "

Larissa frowned becoming unsure of her new companion but she had no true choice but agreed as she was very exhausted.

"Ah!" he exclaimed. "There is the Inn remember who we are."

Larissa felt like she was being dragged as she walked with Lancaster. She could barely feel her feet moving across the wooden floor.

"Innkeeper "he called as they entered "I'm Captain Raymond Lancaster of the Queens army. and this is my wife Helena Lancaster. we need a large room, some food, some water and a tub for the Lady to bathe. "

"Yes. Captain." responded the Innkeeper. "Please come with me Captain and I'll show you to your room."

Wearily she followed silently as her eyes felt heavier. Once they were in the privacy of their room Larissa stumbled to the bed fainting just a few feet from reaching her goal.

When Raymond lifted her from the floor, he noticed her feet were bruised and bleeding. She had to have been in pain every step she took which gave room for a moment to realize how much walking she had done in order to acheive her freedom.

Al-Kalazar returned with the merchant to show off his prize from Asia only to find one dead and then other seriously blinded. Fury rose in his veins as he swore to regain the beauty that escaped his cage.

The merchant agreed to stay in the area for a wekk before returning to Turkey.

"Larissa I am sorry for the discomfort you must feel having to share the room with me. You don't even know me. I do hope that after what you've been through.You're still very much in danger. I had to make sure to keep you safe. I couldn't very well do that by not being near you.

I do know of your grandfather Lord Grace though. for I have seen him from time to time at court.

Larissa. you need to rest and build your strength. You're not in any condition to ride a horse a long way nor are you able to ride in a carriage. as soon you're ready to bathe. I'll go down and send my Lieutenant a message to take ten man and ride to meet us. I hope that he will be able to ride as soon he gets my missive.

At the sound of a knock on the door. Raymond signaled Larissa to be quiet and hide behind the door. "Yes." said Raymond. "The innkeeper Captain, We have the lady's water." Raymond opens the door and the innkeeper two ladies carrying two hot water bucket each, and two men carrying the large tub.

"Very good thank you. Oh! innkeeper you mind if the ladies help my wife while I talk with you."...." Of course not Captain." he replied. "I'll be going down for a bit, and I'll see you in a little while Dear. You relax and let the ladies here help you." He told Larissa. She smiled at him and nodded her head.

Larissa listened very intently she understood his words most of the time but she was very weary. She had trouble keeping her eyes open and her belly grumbled from the lack of food in two days

"I do know of your grandfather Lord Grace though. For I have seen him from time to time at court. "

"Court." Larissa repeated softly trying to stay focused on his words.

"Larissa. you need to rest and build your strength. You're not in any condition to ride a horse a long way nor are you able to ride in a carriage. as soon you're ready to bathe. I'll go down and send my Lieutenant a message to take ten men and ride to meet us. I hope that he will be able to ride as soon he gets my message."

Larissa merely nodded as she leaned over slightly resting her head on her own shoulder. Barely noticing the knock on the door as she muttered " I just want to go home."

"Yes." said Raymond.

"The innkeeper Captain, We have the lady's water."

Larissa's eyes opened again as the people entered the room and she gave them a grateful smile.

"Very good thank you. Oh! innkeeper you mind if the ladies help my wife while I talk with you."..

" Of course not Captain." he replied.

"I'll be going down for a bit, and I'll see you in a little while Dear. You relax and let the ladies here help you." He told Larissa.

She smiled but deep down she wished he would go whereever, take her bathe and go to sleep.

Once Raymond went down to the main hall Larissa was being prepared for her bathe. One of the women cried out when Larissa's garments were rmoved revealing the extensive slashes on her back.

"Please.. say nothing.. it was deserved...." Larissa begin to sob. The two helpers decided that the girl was forced to marry the soldier and by rebelling her Father was beaten for it.

They helped her into the water and carefully bathed her . Larissa cried harder as they washed her long hair unknowingly raking the blisters she got from the hot oil the bandits used trying to get her to talk about the Grace family fortune. Larissa suffered greatly while in custody of Abin and his cohorts.

Raymond was thinking about Larissa as he went down to send a missive to his lieutenant. she wasn't in a good way to travel, and what worried him the most was that she might not trust him. He couldn't really blame her after going through was she did.

He wrote the missive and sealed. He figured that it would take almost a day for the messenger, and for the lieutenant to get here, unless Larissa would feel allot better to ride. He gave it to the messenger to give it to no one but lieutenant Morrison.

He talked to the innkeeper to make sure both horses were cared for and to make extra sure they were out of the way. The innkeeper agreed, as he didn't want to be in bad grace with a Captain in the Queen's army.

He saw the two maids coming down the stairs. He took his leave from the innkeeper and went up the room to check on Larissa.

He knocks on the door. "Yes. answered Larissa. "Captain Raymond, is it ok for me to come in?" He asked her through the closed door. "Yes." She answered softly. He opens the door and closes the door behind him as he enter. He wasn't prepared for what faced him. She was sitting on the bed, and she was very beautiful, there was an exotic look about her. that stirred his blood.

He checked himself and smiled at her as he walk into the room and sat near the bed. "I see they brought you some food and some to drink. Are you feeling much better," he asked.

The knock echoed in the room as Larissa pulled the dressing gown closed "Yes. answered Larissa.

"Captain Raymond, is it ok for me to come in?" He asked her through the closed door.

"Yes." She answered softly.

Larissa was sitting very stately with her hair tailing to the floor and curled at her feet. The gown beings a soft shade of rose adding a luster to her olive skin. She almost exhibited an etheral glow that posed to her erotic features. The tempting eyes of a seductress with full lips of wine that pursed to be kissed.

He checked himself and smiled at her as he walk into the room and sat near the bed. "I see they brought you some food and some to drink. Are you feeling much better," he asked.

"I am very tired, it is hard to stay awakened." Larissa confessed as her fingers twisted in a long strand of honeyed hair. I will eat with you, if that is your command."

Larissa began to wonder about her grandparents and if she would ever meet them. She also knew that Abin's men would try to get her back. It was a treasure that they sought for the Arabian Prince and he loved her Mother's dance. It was nothing to fall for the daughter of a great belly dancer.

You went through quite an ordeal Larissa. You have every right to be and sleepy. Raymond was surprised at Larissa remark. "I will eat with you, if that is your command." I'm sorry Larissa. Did I do something wrong by you? I do not command you to do anything. You should eat because you're to weak and need to build your strength.

Larissa I'm doing this for two reasons. First you need my help that's why you are now and not back in the place you just came from. The other reason. The Queen would never forgive if she learned that I had you and safe and let you go
on your own.

Now You do as you will Larissa. I shall be outside the door. He stood up and went out.

"You went through quite an ordeal Larissa. You have every right to be and sleepy."

Larissa smiled weakly as it became harder and harder to remain focused on his face let alone his words.

"I'm sorry Larissa. Did I do something wrong by you? I do not command you to do anything. You should eat because you're to weak and need to build your strength. "

Larissa sighed as she waqs very used to her Father making commands. In her mind she came to believe that all men commanded women to do their bidding and now he had said enough to make her wonder about the new world that she entered.

"Larissa I'm doing this for two reasons. First you need my help that's why you are here now and not back in the place you just came from. The other reason. The Queen would never forgive if she learned that I had you safe and let you go
on your own. "

"Yes Sir." Larissa replied respectfully

"Now You do as you will Larissa. I shall be outside the door." He stood up and went out.

This outraged Larissa as he departed. Foolishly she grabbed the wine glass and threw it at the door. "Then STAY OUT!"

She didn't care anymore and flopped on the bed which in turn was a painful mistake as the open lashes on her back cracked open again and she passed out from the sharp pains riddling her spine.

Raymond was upset with her. for being so ungrateful after risking his life to save her, and himself for forgetting himself. He opened the door quickly at the sound of broken glass. he thought it was the window, as the door opened he saw her laying down but her body didn't look quite right. He hear a crunch under his boot. He looked down and was the broken wine glass on the floor.

He shook his head and walked to the bed, she had passed out. he took the water pitcher and with his fingers. sprinkled some water in her face. after the second time, she blinked her eyes and looked at him." Don't tell me I have to save you from yourself now too." he said and smiled at her.

"You know." He said to her smiling. "braking wine glasses will not help you heal faster." Hoping that she was now a little calmer.

He helped her get a little more comfortable, than he sat on a chair near the bed.

." Don't tell me I have to save you from yourself now too." he said and smiled at her.

"I don't need a nanny." She retorted.

"You know." He said to her smiling. "breaking wine glasses will not help you heal faster." Hoping that she was now a little calmer.

"I would say it is helpful.. bare feet wouldn't dare enter this room."

Larissa watched him move to the chair then crossed her arms and laid back down on the bed. She still found the bed more comfortable as she drifted back to sleep after eating a bit of the meat that was sitting on the plate by the bedside.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Al-Kalazar and his nine men started combing the landside within five miles of the Inn. They checked the trails and a guide noticed the hooves leading away from the Inn. in thirty minutes Al-Kalazar was following the trail left by someone that had many questions to answer.
"You don't need a nanny?" He smirked. " could fool me." he said smiling. "who else would pick up after your wine glass breaking tirade.
He watch as her eyes closed drifting into sleep that she desperately need. As he watched her he wondered why she was kidnapped and by whom. He tattered clothes were of Arabian cloth and style, and of the best material. He never wondered about it before, but now looking at her. He did. Lord Grace was a British Lord, and yet Larissa had Arabian blood in her. her skin was slightly darker, her features had were unmistakably part white part Arabian. Now things began to make more sense to him. "Perhaps it was for ransom. What else can it be." he told himself.
Razem and Kasar moved into the area of the Inn. Not being aware of customs here they checked the empty buildings and avoided some of the well lit buildings. That was until Kasar heard the whinney of horses and peered into the stables. He wandered in the large barn for a few minutes not finding the horse but the saddle was resting on a wooden stake.
Kasar came running from the stables and uttered his discovery to Razem. They drew swords and started to make a larger circle searching for the white Arabian steed.
Raymond woke early as he always did. He looked at Larissa she was still sleeping. He got up trying not to wake her. He stretched as he walked to the window. He looked at the sky to figure what time it would be. "If I know Morrison." He thought he should be here at any time. He poured water from a pitcher into the wash dish and washed his face.
Larissa moaned softly but her eyes were still closed. He looked at her face closer, and saw her features looked more relax than the night before. He goes back to the window and looks out, but from there I couldn't see the road that led to the Inn.
Lieutenant Morrison read his Captain missive and without delay, picks ten of the best men with swords. They rode half the night than rested his men and the horses, so as not to arrive with his men exhausted from riding all night. He figured to reach where Captain Raymond was waiting by morning. His time right, he was 15 minutes ride from the Inn.
When Larissa awoke it was with a startled cry "NO!"
Larrisa's heart was pounding rapidly as she was hyperventalating. The dream seemed so real to her. She closed her eyes as the vision replayed in her mind. A bit of horseplay gone to far with swords and she accidently stabbed her instructor.
Her parents dismissed the man and later news came that he had killed himself on her sword. This added to her nightmares about the original accident. When she opened her eyes she saw her rescuer hovering nearby.
"A dream.. I was lost.. I felt caught in a pit." She told him.
She lowered her face as she shouldn't be looking at him so brassishly. Her Father would have fits if he knew that she was sharing a room with a man unchaperoned.
"Will we be dining soon?" Larissa asked refering to her instant hunger for food.
Raymond Was at Larissa's side sitting next to her when she screamed "NO!"
"It's ok Larissa. It's just a nightmare." He said to her. Trying to calm her down. He was very surprised when she lowered her head. He didn't realized why till a minute later. "Stupid customs he said to himself. "Larissa You may as well get used to it. This is not Baghdad. where women lower their heads so they don't look at the men's. This is England and women don't do that. what would people at court would think if you lower your head as they talk to you. "I tell you what they would say. they would consider you very rude." He told her.
He couldn't help laughing softly as she asked if they would be dinning soon. well at least it was a good sign she was hungry.
Yes we will be eating if you like to get ready. It's breakfast time. you've slept through the night. He told her with a smile. We may even have company by the time you're ready. Lieutenant Morrison and the escort I requested should be here soon.
"It's ok Larissa. It's just a nightmare." He said to her.
This is England and women don't do that. what would people at court would think if you lower your head as they talk to you. I tell you what they would say. they would consider you very rude." He told her.
Larissa reddened hearing that and wondered if she would ever overcome that practice after all her years with her Mother and their traditions.
"Yes we will be eating if you like to get ready. It's breakfast time. you've slept through the night." He told her with a smile." We may even have company by the time you're ready. Lieutenant Morrison and the escort I requested should be here soon."
Larissa nodded and rose quietly stepping to the left of the bed near the screen. She tucked one of her English gowns with her and then when she emerged se glowed like a fae princess in mortal clothing
" I am ready now.. please."
Little did she know was that her two searchers were making rouncs closer to the Inn they resided at and a runner was on his way to Al-Kalazar about the saddle.
Raymond watch as she got off the bed and went around the screen carrying a gown with her. she came out a few minutes later looking like an English lady, except for her features and the slightly darker skin.
"Yes I see you are ready." He replied to her. "You look like an English lady now. He smile at her.
They walked out of their room together and down to the eating area. They just sat down when a man entered the Inn and walked towards them. "Ah! Lieutenant Morrison it's good to see you. I see you made hast getting here." He noticed Morrison was looking at Larissa. "If you don't mine Morrison I like to leave the introduction for another time." Yes Captain I understand." he replied politely. Of course he already knew who she was.
"Lieutenant would you please post some guards, and make sure they very alert and aware how grave the situation is. one more thing." He leans whispers in his hear. Some of them could be English or disguised as such. otherwise they are from Baghdad. they might be wearing turbans and Arabs clothing. arrest them on the spot and you bring them to me. We are about to have breakfast the my wife feels a bit famish am afraid." Yes Captain." He bowed slightly and left the room.
"Well Helen shall we order than." He said smiling at her.
"Yes I see you are ready." He replied to her. "You look like an English lady now. "
"Thank You for the compliment." Larissa replied softly as she took his arm and was escorted downstairs. Larissa was very aware of the strange scents that wafted from the kitchens as well as the wallow of the men that lingered from the night before. She found it difficult to hold her belly down from the stench of humanity, she was about to ask Raymond about that when he spoke to the shadow behind her.
"Ah! Lieutenant Morrison it's good to see you. I see you made hast getting here." He noticed Morrison was looking at Larissa. "If you don't mine Morrison I like to leave the introduction for another time."
"Yes Captain I understand." he replied politely.
Lariss felt examed as the two men spoke, but couldn't understand the way they spoke in sly tucked words.
"Lieutenant would you please post some guards, and make sure they very alert and aware how grave the situation is. one more thing."
Lariss ignored them both as best as she could and even blushed when Raymond refered to her as his wife.
" We are about to have breakfast the... my wife feels a bit famish I'm afraid."
"Yes Captain." He bowed slightly and left the room.
"Well Helen shall we order than." He said smiling at her.
Larissa said nothing as she hated the new names, it was that way with her Mother's family as they called her tradional names of custom. How often she was called Fatimah meaning "little one" by them but it was not completely a new name... she longed to ask questions but he had told her that he knew very little of her grandparents.
Once the server brought the morning meal to the table Larissa was struke with another bout of nausea as the meat was swimming in gravy that resembled blood.
"Do you think I could get chilled monkey brains? It has to be better then this .. soup."
Raymond saw Larissa's look on her face when she looked in her plate. The food was actually very tasty and she did need to eat.
He leaned towards her. "You have to get used to English food, if you don't you'll starve. remember where you are now, you won't find any other food here. Please eat, it is quite good I might add, and chilled monkey brains or not on the menu today. Perhaps when you get back home you can have some. If you get back home and don't starve to death first.
"Think of your grandparents. What they think of their beautiful granddaughter not behaving like the lady she is."
Larissa was infuriated by his candor. "Perhaps there is something that doesn't smell of swines or dressed in red like blood"
"Think of your grandparents. What they think of their beautiful granddaughter not behaving like the lady she is."
Larissa glared at him and snapped. "Ladies are not fed swill.. they are given fruits and sweetbreads.. not something that should be fed to the beasts"
She was about to rise when someone entered saying something about strange men riding in the counstryside looking for a runaway servant. Her face lost it's color. "Alabin, must have found the horses."
