Missing, abducted or Murdered...

The disappearance of a 6th month old baby, the apparent disinterest of her parents even though the rest of the family wanted to help find her.

Should the law stay on the asses of the parents?

They have been indicted not for the murder of the baby as there is no evidence she is dead (except for tape recordings made under a court order) that are said to have the parents admitting to each other that the baby is dead and buried.

The charges they were indicted on were for knowingly and willfully make and cause to be made materially false, fictitious, and fraudulent statements and representations to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office and the Federal Bereau Of Investigation concerning Baby Sabrina's disapperance...

All the charges have been dropped as the prosecutors feel they are unlikely to gain convictions against them, and they have now been set free.

According to the law, until a body is located the suspect(s) can still be charged with conspiracy to murder. Unfortunately, it often leads to the suspects getting bail and hauling ass to Canada or Mexico before the body could be found.
In the case of that couple, they can still be arrested for child neglect.

I love watching the Discovery and TLC channels, as well. I especiall like the "Foresic Files". It kind of bring back memories for me.

Baby Sabrina will never be found. I really think her parents killed her, but they will get away with it because there is so little evidence. I don't think it was intentional, but their whole story about an intruder rings false. It is disgraceful, but the police department handled the whole investigation very badly. The tapes are very difficult to understand, several experts have listened to the tapes & no one can agree on exactly what was said. One more time, there is no justice for the victim.
