There's a dance party featuring the DWEEBS Friday night (Jan 25) 8-12, and the Rockin' Hollywoods are playing on Saturday night (Jan 26) - both events are free. This event is open to people who can play nice, and being organized by an author from MN (not me) who posts wonderful stuff here (I will leave it to her to decide if she wants to step forward to claim the credit.) I am just helping a bit with PR. This information is also circulating at another net BB site.

Plenty of time to plan, click that link up there if you don't know much about Treasure Island. They have a large pool and a whirlpool, plus some sort of games in some noisy room with lots of bells and stuff. I'm sure I've never been there myself. ~LMAO~

I'm pretty sure there's a free shuttle to other local ski areas, but I haven't looked into it because I just don't care to plan wind-chill oriented stuff in January. Go figure.
