There have been a few Minnesota threads started over the past few years but they all fizzled. Things will be different with this one in hope of a different result. I am not looking for this to be a chatting thread but more of a collection of profiles. So, I propose a few rules.
1. Bumping the thread is allowed but limit the chatting and if you like someone and want to chat, email, or whatever hit them up with a pm
2. Post ten things about yourself.
I don't know. I hope this works but 90% of everything fails so here is a shot in the dark.

1. I am 5'5, 165 lb, Caucasian , brown hair, glasses, and blue eyed.
2. I like cycling but hate running. I occasionally do triathlons and duathlons because I am a masochist in the purist form.
3. I listen to NPR and somehow I am under forty. I love people who follow current events and politics
4. I once messed up my hand karate chopping someone and later had problems with it healing due to overly enthusiastic hand shakers.
5. I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and have taken classes covering Semiconductors and Quantum Physics but to find five nice things to say about G.W Bush would be beyond me.
6. I am a big fan of Loveline and This American Life.
7. Eddie Izzard in my book is a god, a cross dressing god of funny. Karl Malone, John Stockton, Pre-Coke Shawn Kemp, Barry Sanders, Joseph Heller, Stanley Kubrick, Norm McDonald, Terry Gilliam, Tim Burton, Spalding Gray, and David Cross are also all gods in my book.
8. Only one girl not named Mom has ever beat me bowling.
9. I have had several friends think I was Jewish and I don’t know why.
10. Fairuza Balk and Susan Sarandon are the strangest people I have had crushes on.
