Carefully making her way across her new office Grace Chambers nudged the couch a little to one side with the tip of her foot before stepping passed to hang her accreditation certificate on the wall beside it. Stepping back she smiled to herself as she admired the framed piece of paper, complete with its light blue frilled edging.

This was the first day in her new office and she already had an appointment with her first client, although it was only a referral from a friend of hers who knew that she needed the work. The woman in question was suffering from paranoia and commitment issues, a nice easy case which should be simple enough to resolve.

Dropping down into her chair Grace shifted the side table a little, making sure her notepad and jug of water were close enough to get too easily. To be honest she was feeling a little nervous, apart from volunteers she'd practiced on during her training, and some guests at a dinner party she'd messed around with when bored, she'd never really used her hypnosis for real. Hopefully today would change all that.

It had taken a lot for Lucinda to agree to visit the hypno-therapist, as far as she was concerned it wasn't her with the issue. The discussions of the last few months weighed heavy on her mind as she parked her green VW Up! in the small secluded carpark to the rear of the building.

Lucinda wanted to believe that John was 100% committed, she wanted to believ he hadn't strayed, but things just didn't add up. She glanced at the clock on the dashboard, ten minutes early, enough time for a smoke before the appointment. Rolling a smoke before stepping into the fresh spring morning, a slight chill caught her off guard as she shuddered. She wondered if it had been a mistake to wear her ankle length purple skirt and white vest top, maybe the bright sun had fooled her as she had dressed.

Slowly, Lucinda walked to the front of the building, she glanced at the discreet sign in the window. Smiling to herself, this was the last place she expected to be. Throwing the smoke to the ground and tentatively opening the door, she spotted the receptionist and checked in. Lucinda was directed to a small set of seats in the waiting area, her heart racing with apprehension as she waited to be called.

"Your ten o'clock's here Ms. Chambers," the intercom burbled, startling Grace for a moment. She'd been using a meditation technique she'd been taught to help focus herself and calm her anxieties and it took a moment for reality to sink back in as her mind refocused.

Reaching over to her desk Grace could feel her cream-coloured sweater top stretching across her chest a little too tightly as she groped for the machine, finally catching it with her fingertip. "That's great Sandy, I'll be right out."

Standing up Grace quickly smoothed down her short skirt, glancing down at the dark tights and high heels which finished off her ensemble. She'd planned on looking professional but approachable when she'd dressed before work, but now she was worried she may look a little too casual.

For a second she contemplated whether to have the client wait while she changed into something a little harsher, more befitting a therapist, but then she caught herself. She was just worrying for nothing, finding excuses to delay the inevitable. Taking a deep breath she stepped towards the office door and with a broad smile pulled it open.

The click of the door opening filled the otherwise silent waiting room. Lucinda looked up, glancing at the door as it opened. She smiled as her eyes caught their first sight of her therapist. A little surprised to see a rather casually dressed woman standing there.

It was a pleasent surprise she had half expected and old, stuffy man dressed in a suit that had been fashionable 20 years ago. She smiled towards the woman stood at the door, their eyes meeting. The eyes were warm and friendly, inviting Lucinda to come in. Lucinda responded accordingly, placing the magazine down on the table and standing. At 5'1 she was smaller than her therapist, even with her wedged sandals.

Lucinda slowly edged across the waiting area towards the woman, extending her hand polietly, unsure of the protocals.

"Good morning. I'm Ms Chambers, your hypnotherapist, but you can call me Grace if you'd like to." Grace said in greeting, taking the attractive young woman's hand tentatively.

She tried to keep her eyes focussed on her patient's face, but the two large bumps on the front of the woman's top were making it difficult for her to focus. It was obviously still a little cold outside, that or this woman had some serious sexual issues which would have to be addressed.

Quickly turning away, her face blushing as she tried to hide her embarrassment, Grace gestured into the office behind her. "Please feel free to take a seat." She said, stepping aside to give Lucinda a clear path into the room. The office had been set up with several places to work, including an official desk with a chair either side, a fireplace with electronic flames dancing on a projected screen and the traditional couch and padded chair.

She'd been told that the choice of seating the patient went for said a lot about their attitude towards therapy. Hostile patients usually went for the desk seats, giving themselves a barrier between the therapist and themselves as a form of subconscious protection. THose more comfortable with the experience went for the fireplace, and the ones who were unsure or feeling lost within themselves usually chose the couch.

Grace patiently waited for Lucinda to make her decision as she back into the room, trying to remain central and not forcing a choice on the poor girl.

Lucinda walked in still a little apprehensive, although Grace had managed to put her at ease fairly quickly. Her eyes quickly looked around the room, "feel free to take a seat" the words echoed in her mind as she searched for the seat she wanted. As she saw it there were six places to sit, although she assumed that only three of those were intended for her.

She half toyed with the idea of sitting behind the desk as if she was in control, a small smirk on her face as she still wasn't convinced about this as a way to help her. She thought back to the many TV shows she had seen and settled on the couch as her seat.

Still a little tense as she lowered herself to the couch. unsure what would happen next.

With a gentle smile Grace moved to the padded chair beside the couch, carefully lowering herself down before crossing her legs, making sure to swing them towards her patient as a sign of affection. Reaching over for the glasses on the side table she quickly splashed some water into one of them from her jug before looking over at her patient.

She'd only been told a little about the girl, it was almost as if her colleague had been trying to hide something from her. If there was anything he'd kept back Grace was sure it was irrelevant to her treatment, after all some patients preferred anonymity when undergoing therapy in order to avoid ridicule or or ostracism should their treatment be discovered.

Taking hold of her drink Grace nodded her head towards the jug, "Would you like a drink or something before we begin?" She asked in a welcoming, gentle tone.

Lucinda felt more at ease now she was sitting down. She polietly refused a drink, keen to get this over with.

They went through a few basic details, Lucinda confirmed her name, that she was 32 (although looked younger thanks to a healthy, active lifestyle) and her current address. The simple questions made it seem easy and she was happy to agree to the final and probably most crucial question.

Lucinda glanced quickly at the board with her details and signed the bottom confirming she was happy to undergo hypnosis and that anything that was revealed in the session would remain in the session, unless the revalation showed she would cause harm to herself or others.

Checking over the last of the paperwork Grace set it aside and looked over at Lucinda with a smile. "Do you know why I've been asked to speak with you today, Lucinda?" She asked, keeping her demeanour as open as possible as her eyes gently wandered down the beautiful woman's body.

'32?' She thought to herself with surprise, 'She's almost as old as I am, but still looks so young.' Quickly pushing the thought aside Grace tried to refocus herself on the patient's answers, rather than just treating her as a piece of meat and judging from outward appearances only. The extreme body image could be a sign of some deeper problems, a drive to excel which could cause the patient to damage herself.

Lucinda thought for a moment, before responding casually "I think my boyfriend is cheating, he is adament he isn't... he suggested I ahd trust issues and that this may help us." Her tone less convincing, in her mind 'think' was 'certain' and she wasn't convinced this was going to help anyone.

As they were up to their necks in debt, the mortgage and the two cars she had made the decission that no one was going to be able to say she hadn't made an effort to save the relationship. Also, there was no chance she could survive financially on her own, unless she got half of everything and if that meant trying various ways to resolve their problems then that was fine with her.

Reaching for her notepad Grace quickly scribbled down some notes, making sure to keep track of the order Lucinda raised the points as this gave an indication as to what the patient saw as the most important and which she was trying to hide from herself.

"These trust issues, have you had them before at all? Have there been any times you've had other problems like them?" Grace knew that the questions sounded pat, but she needed to get them out of the way before starting the hypnosis, just to make sure she didn't hit on something that Lucinda may want to keep suppressed.

Lucinda considered the question carefully, shaking her head she replied "No... never," she was confident in her response. She had never had reason to mistrust anyone, least of all her boyfriend, John.

It had only been recently that doubts had crept in, the late nights working, the little secrets about what he had been doing, who he had been with. There was something different, he seemed different, his behaviour had changed, the silliest thing would make him angry and defensive. Maybe she was paranoid, but having never felt like this she was certain she was right, he was playing away.

Looking over at Lucinda Grace smiled in what she hoped would be taken as a comforting way. "You're doing great so far Lucinda, now just one more question and we can begin the therapy." She said, letting her voice waver slightly in a sing-song tone designed to help mesmerise her clients, letting the first stages of the hypnosis settle into place before Lucinda even became aware of what was happening.

"Answer me honestly now, what is it you hope to achieve through these sessions?" The question seemed simple enough, but Grace knew it hardly ever was.

Some patients saw her treatments as a quick fix, to realising that it could take months, or even years to achieve the results they needed. And for some the whole thing was just a sham, a way to go through the motions without ever really committing to the process. "Tell me Lucinda, what do you really want?"

With a pleasent smile, Lucinda felt her eyes getting heavier as she seamed to relax more than she had ever known before. The answer to the questions was simple, "I want to be happy again..."

The words barely escaped her lips in a whisper as she felt her body relax and her eys droop heavily.

Leaning in closer, her melodic voice almost a whisper as she leaned in closer to Lucinda, Grace carefully whispered into her ear. "Tell me about happiness. When was the last time you were happy, Lucinda?"

Dazed and relaxed. Lucinda was in dream like state, but even in this state her subconcious struggled with the question, "When was she lst happy"

It took a moment to process the question and to select the most recent time she had been truly happy.

"It was about 4 months ago... I was offered a promotion... a recognition of my hard work..." she paused a visible smile on her face as she recalled the event.

"I got home early... John had beaten me there... there were flowers... a bottle of champagne... we went out for a meal..." her mind recalling as much of the detail as she could.

"We went to my favourite restraunt... wine a meal... a loving bf... then home... and bad," a wry smile on her face as she mentioned bed.

This was the difficult part of the therapy. Grace knew there was more to the story than the highlights Lucinda was giving her, but if she pushed too hard she could end up causing more harm than good.

"Go back to just before it went bad Lucinda, to the last moment it was good. Try to remember how it felt, how happy you were." Grace's voice was a gentle flowing wave now, softly ebbing and flowing, keeping her patient just comfortable enough to be able to respond and not so relaxed that she fell asleep.

As she watched for a reaction Grace's eyes drifted back to Lucinda's tight top. The nipples were still clearly visible through the fabric and Grace quickly licked her lips as she wondered if Lucinda was still feeling the chill from the outside air, or if it was something else stimulating the little buds.

"Now, keeping that warm feeling inside, tell me what went wrong."

Lucinda tensed a little as she tried to recall how it had all gone wrong.

"It was that night 4 months ago... we had sex... I didn't cum... John got upset he came too quick... I didn't mind... I'd had too much to drink..." a shiver went down her spine as she retold the story. She hadn't realised that the plunge into unhappiness had all happened as a result of that happy day.

The sex had been ok, she had put it down to the alcohol numbing her rather than John's over excitement, it hadn't bothered her she was tired and happy to sleep.

"After that night... I was working harder... more responsibility... more paperwork... less time to spend with John..." she felt a chill of realisation, although of course she wouldn't recall the revealation.

"We were like ships passing in the night... no time together... we would both be at home... but not together... no sex... it wasn't that I didn't want too... just no time..." her voice a little shrill, showing regret as she started to imagine she had pushed John away.

Grace chewed her lip slightly as she carefully pushed Lucinda a little deeper into her hypnotic state. All she needed to do was to give the girl a little nudge, to alert the way she saw things and that should help get things back on track for her.

"Okay, go back now, back to that night. Think about the sex, about how it felt to be with John. Now think further back, to the best orgasm he ever gave you. Can you remember that Lucinda?" With her mouth close to Lucinda's ear Grace carefully breathed the words, subtle enough that the patient's mind would believe they were her own thoughts, rather than a suggestion from elsewhere.

Lucinda's face lit up, beaming from ear to ear as she began to recall, "the best orgasm... it was the first night we were together... we had been out for a meal... we wanted to rip each others clothes off.. we kissed... we undressed... he nibbled and sucked on my nipples... his fingers brushed my clit... then... mmmm yes... then he lightly lapped at my clit... slow light licks... he drove me wild... teasing me to orgasm... my body barely recovered before he was fucking me... he felt good inside me... the perfect fit... he was nervous... he seemed to last forever... I moved on top... my final orgasm brought me to tears... it was amasing... we both came together,"

Lucinda's body tingled all over as she relived the experience. Her heart rate incresing and her breathing more laboured as the mental image played for her.

As Lucinda spoke Grace slowly reached out with her fingertips, gently stroking her patient's nipple through the her top, hoping to link the sensation with the memories Lucinda was reliving. "I want you to remember when he was playing with your nipples, do you recall how good that felt, Lucinda?"

Not even waiting for a response Grace bent forwards and brought her mouth down on the girl's stiff bud, sucking it through the vest top, telling herself it was all part of the treatment.
