Our ParaPhrenologist, after deep paranormal studies, feels a subject's head and channels energy to manipulate the subject's skull structure and alter their personality, thus fixing or twisting minds, suppressing or implanting fetishes and quirks, enhancing or diminishing propensities and skills.
