Plot idea

Woman decides that catering to a particular kink, fetish, is the way to gain power over relationships. Such as, give a guy great head and he's yours as long as you want him.

Uses newfound power over her male to get him to cater to her favorite fetish. Something along the lines of strapon sex, or participating in a threesome with another male.

just so that doesn't turn the story into a "statement."

MC stories are tough. I guess the essence of them really is empowerment. They are about a character gaining the ability to surpass the boundaries that most people face. I think that's why so many of them are written by men (seemingly anyway) and are about men suddenly having the power to make women who once ignored them to do their sexual bidding. The writer uses mind control to eliminate the elements of sexual relationships (having to seduce the woman, in most cases) he doesn't like.

Why did i say all of that? Good question. Maybe to write MC from a female perspective, a woman writing should think of the elements of sexual relationships she'd rather not have to deal with and eliminate them. I doubt too many guys would find it sexy but i'll bet many women would.
