Some nonedescript average sized company placed in big city. Its boss somehow got hands on mind control device. It makes people, who get affected, believe that they have best job ever and can not afford to lose it.
The people who get targeted are, unsurprisingly, pretty women. The boss runs an anonimous poll every month for sexist female empoyee, and one who doesn't get into top 10 (or dozen) gets fired.
(The company has normal women working, mostly unaffected by mind control, and select 11 or 13 who play the game, who are pocked for their looks.
