There is a free app that you can download called FaceApp that allows you to take a picture of yourself and transform it into the opposite gender. It's fun to play with. My girlfriend said I was a pretty good looking woman when I showed her the results.

Thanks. I might be able to get some earlier photos of her but there are not going to be any mind blowing transformations lol. She always wore female clothing and wore her hair as a woman even as a child. In fact I think it would be very difficult to find a photo of her as a male.

I try really hard to avoid posting things like that. I encourage you to check out the twitter profile of this lady. You will see that, for some trans women, the transformation is real and was quite painful. This is the first time I've actually seen the true price paid to look like this. In the case of this woman, I think she looked good, before the surgery. The surgeon did an excellent job, though. I always talk about the hairline. I don't know how they addressed it, but they certainly did.

Yes, it's easy to forget that a physical transition can involve a lot of surgery and a lot of pain. In some ways my girlfriend has lived a charmed life.
