On a more serious note (and sorry to burst your bubble, cause I know where you were going with this thread) :

I suspect that the millionaire made up that ridiculous lie for some other reasons (shame, upset family, islamic values whatever).

So I'm sure that they had sex (not the trip'n falling type), but I suspect it would've been of the consensual type.
I suspect that there was enough evidence (medical exams, rape kit and so on) that would have excluded rape. I don't think that the jurors would have taken such risks with such a highly publicized and contentious case. In this political climate and growing anti-islamic sentiment.
