I always see threads for location check in but I have yet to see one for all the men and women who risk their lives for their countries. So people check-in and state the country you serve and your job and rank and anything else your heart desires.

If any of you are out there

thank you for serving.

I have a question does anybody have the link to where they post casualties and death of those that have served. I have a very uneasy feeling today and would appreciate it since I can't seem to find it.

Peace,
Tulip

I have been in the Navy before and have returned as a reservist just in time to get mobilized to cover for other people that were sent over to the Iraqi area.

The NY times might post a casualty list, but most newspapers tend to shy away from doing that. The feeling is that it opens the families up to contact from to many ill-wishers.

Either this has been a very quiet thread or the dates on the replys are off.

:D

wideeyedgrin thank you!

I found the link I was talking about in the Dept. of Defense. If you want I can cut and paste it here tomorrow. I have it listed on the general boards. Hugs and thank you!

Peace,
Tulip
