I married into a family which has many who served in the Navy - wife's father, uncle, five cousins, and currently SeaBe nephew. It has made me aware of this fetish. Not sure if I'd classify this as a fetish - at least personally. I'll admit that I tend to do a double take when a uniform catches my eye. The idea is most definitely appealing. I imagine a lot of time and care goes into perfecting every detail of the look, especially a dress uniform.
