don't know if this is too macabre, but what about this:
a woman is in a plane. Maybe she is alone, or she is with a family member (for a possible incest). She wants to become a member of the mile high club ... well, suddenly, something happens. Maybe the plane is hijacked, or maybe there is a possible damage. The woman fears that she may die, without becoming a member of the mile high club. So, to change that, she starts to seduce the guy that sits right next to her (maybe a family member).
Of course, in the end, the plane lands safely.
However, I guess with the fear of death being so close, a person would think about something else then sex. And when I think about 9-11, stories about hijacked planes are not very good.
But overall, the idea of the mile high club is interesting. I once saw a story about a special plane, a small Cessna. In the back of the plane, there where no seats - just a bed, especially for people that wanted to become a member of the mile high club.
Well, a better story idea could be: The plane is pretty small - but during sex, the couple is pretty loud ... so everyone can hear them.
Or: a guy is horny and asks his girl for a blowjob. To make it extra exciting, he wants to do it in the middle of the plane. So he puts a blanket over his lap, and under this blanket, the girl gives him a blowjob, in the middle of the plane ...
