Black woman here. I have no interest in race play, but I want to offer some thoughts as to why you're not receiving much of a response.
You're seeking to find a black female to talk to. She could literally be anyone and into anything as long as she's black. Say you were into lingerie or something and you posted something like, "I'd love to talk to a female who wants to talk about her panties. Hit me up." The difference between that and what you want is that the former fetishizes underwear (an inanimate object) while you are fetishizing a person's race or ethnicity. There are people who'd find that pretty dehumanizing, especially with the subtext of race relations in the US as well as around the world.
I'm also wondering why you posted this in the BDSM section. Race play isn't inherently BDSM-related. Having posted this here, people might be drawing uncomfortable conclusions about whatever you are envisioning in your role play and might be put off by it.
Even though, for you, this is all in good fun, understand that race stuff is a very sensitive topic for lots of people. Frankly, you don't seem like you possess the sensitivity to handle it well. Regardless, good luck finding what you seek.

Perhaps I chose the wrong thread forum to post it in. I completely understand that this fetish is not for everyone and fully respect anyone's decision to not partake in it.
